Eagle Sales Company offers several methods of Supplier Service Programs. JIT, KANBAN, pay as you build and bin replenishment are the most common. We use the FASPAC software to track inventory and accounting. This software was designed for our industry and is the most widely used software in our field.

The Process is Simple:

• We cross reference your part numbers to ours using the FASPAC system
• We label the bins or racks with bar codes that indicate the production information
• We place the bins strategically near the work centers for easy access
• We monitor the bins with a bar code scanner to ensure that inventory levels are consistent
• We download the information from the scanner into FASPAC which initiates a pick list
• We deliver the material right to the bins for replenishment

3rd Party or Fee Based Warehousing

We convince suppliers to put their inventory in our warehouse so that is is readily available for your immediate use. We bar code the material giving your supplier confidence that his inventory is safe and accounted for in our building. Ownership of the material changes from the supplier to the customer when Eagle Sales Co. delivers it to your facility. The fee we charge the supplier to perform this is as low as 1% of the value of the product.
